If memory serves me correctly, Candye Kane lived in San Diego for quite a while. That explains the preponderance of SD gigs on the schedule.
I'll have to get to one of them so I can witness the fretless wonder that is Kennan Shaw.

Hey Kennan - The new club (Low Spirits ) in my town (Albuquerque, NM) has Candye booked for 3/27. We should hook up - I'll set you up with some good NM green chile (or red, if you prefer ;^) I'm hosting a Wed Blues Jam at the club - its a pretty good room - no TVs, no restaurant - just music, and its too new for the bathrooms to be really funky yet ;^)

I'll be expecting you! We're playing Low Spirits tomorrow night - should be a good show for us, and for you. Its a new club with a nice sound system and decent stage - quite unusual around these parts.

Hey Kennan - I'm afraid I just picked up a last minute gig in Santa Fe on the 27th at a small "Blues Festival", so I won't be able to make your show at Low Spirits that night. When do you get in to Albuquerque and when do you leave? Maybe we can still meet up.

I'm not sure of our travel schedule yet, but that being the last night of the tour, I would imagine we're heading for home the next morning.

Yeah, in fact I wound up picking up 2 gigs in Santa Fe that night. Maybe we can hook up for breakfast before you guys head out - there are better places than Denny's or IHOP ;^)
