Ghiadub on TV?

Postby ghiadub » Tue Feb 10, 2015 11:35 am

I had a shot on local TV to do a promo for a upcoming gig. I posted this on FB but I'm not sure if I have all of Y'all on there. ... ove-poets/

I was supposed to play some blues guitar, but changed it to bass at the last minute. So glad they were cool with it!

Links: Yanno, you live a very short time and then you spend a very long time dead so eat great food, love extra hard, hold on for the ride, and play some bass along the way.

Nice backup playing there, Ed Friedland. [smilie=grinning-smiley-003.gif]
...oh wait, That was Tim? That's even cooler!! [smilie=music-smiley-005.gif]

I'm glad they let you play upright instead of guitar; it seems to fit better with free verse poetry.
I hope there will be video of the gig that you can post.

What a cool gig! That has to be a ton of fun to play for, I'm jealous.

Kinda like a smoother John Sinclair, but instead of stories/poems about whoring and stabbing, it's poems about love.

Play what you hear, hear what you play.
Trust your ears, serve your soul." ~Philip Toshio Sudo "Zen Guitar"
