Also a custom 36" scale Elrick 5, a 36" scale fretless Wishbass, a Hacker Custom Shop 5 string Jazz & a Cliff Bordwell Performance series 5 string.

Those are boutique. I only recognize the WishBass in that list.

They are worth checking out. Try google-ing Elrick Bass Guitars & CB Basses. Rob Hacker is a local luthier here in Austin, Tx.

Love my Atkinson.

Incredibly nice custom bass, incredibly affordable price.

Now, I just need to add a Hoyt and a Regenerate to the stable.

Never played a Hoyt. The Regenerate is wonderful! Just got a Stambaugh (the single cut posted above) 5 string in a trade that is one of the best I own & also an old G&L 5500 which sounds fantastic. The CB is such a great instrument I'd love to have another one made by Cliff Bordwell. The bad part is I spend 20 minutes before I leave the house trying to decide which one to take to the damn gig......lol! Sometimes I just take two.
