And yes, I'm just being a bad sport. So sue me.

Now go try a Lull, I dare you. [smilie=cool-smiley-031.gif]

LOL!! Pete, only if I can come out for an "extended visit" and crash with you after The Wife kicks my sorry butt out of the house!!

I've never seens Lull up close and personal, let alone actually played one. I'd love to play one someday.

Actaully, I really dig my modded Scheff. It's a helluva instrument and has pretty much cured me of instrument GAS. But it's a shade over 9 lbs, which is usually not a problem. But when it is a problem, MAN!, it's a big problem!
I don't know and I don't care,

Sorry about the back Bruce, maybe someday you'll find a nice Lull. They are pretty reasonable used and all 4 in that pic are between 7.0 and 8.25 lbs. Most of the stuff Mike builds is light these days.

There was a Lull P at Bass and Beyond a few years back that spoke to me like no other bass ever has........I didn't have the funds or I would have bought it.........somebody bought it, returned it and Lull switched out the neck and it wasn't the same........some woods just mesh together to form music!! I'll have a Lull someday!!

Yep.........I loved that thing..............they sold it, and the guy returned it because of some crazy small imperfection in the neck.............Mike replaced it, and I fell out of love with it...........hehe, crazy.................wonder where that bass is??

I've once had P5 in LPB but I had to sell it 6 months ago. Here's my new Mike Lull: 2001 M5V in Oly.White (matching headstock):
