A Bag End with bottom would be the S-15L's. They're just a bit bigger than the S-15D's but have more bottom.

Nice! Mine has some issues that are being addressed... Pic's after it is safe... Not as pretty as that 150 though.

They do match up nicely Mal. I did a few gigs with this set up and it killed.

There has been NOTHING wrong with bass amplification, since the mid 70's YMMV bitches. [smilie=grinning-smiley-044.gif]

Actually I meant modern country rock...

But yeah, never better for me than my old tour svt. Used to describe it as being kicked in the back by a soccer ball...but louder [smilie=grinning-smiley-044.gif] ... Just don't need all that anymore...

Ok then, the RD-100 is all rebuilt and sitting on my 2 similar but slightly mismatched 1x15's. Knobs are on order as are new corners. TB'r Singlemalt has a matching 1x15 under constrution for me. So far this thing rocks! I'm taking it out for a Blues rock date NYE.

The tone stack is definately it's own thing. I was hoping for Showman Amp/ Twin / Dual Showman. This is not that. More mid forward i native mode. That may also be me reacting to a non-fearful style can though... It's cool though. Likes my passive basses best. Really likes a hard pick and palm muting... I'm going to have to brush up on tht a bit...

Testify!!! [smilie=grinning-smiley-003.gif]

15s are cool for certain things (am a fan of the mesa boogie 2x15 cabs) but definitely not the tone in my head most of the time [smilie=grinning-smiley-044.gif]

That sounds exactly like my cabs! I built 2 115's kind of using a Barefaced Compact as the model. Used 3015's, no tweets, 1/2" structural ply, and Line-X for coating. I play 1 of them at 8 ohm alot, but playing 2 can be addictive! SVT 7 pro head, and p-bass for the rest of the rig. This is my first post @ BABP, Howdy!
