Which Lakland model could this be? (No pickguard)

Hey guys. I need your input on something. So I hope you guys can help me. I recently found an interesting YouTube vid of a bass player with an odd-looking Lakland.

Check it out at 3:03-3:11:

What Lakland model is that bass at 3:07? From what I can tell- that model is in Sherwood Green, and has only one pickup (at the bridge). But I’ve never seen a Lakland without a pickguard. [smilie=coz.gif]

So which Lakland model has only one pickup but has no pickguard?

What do you guys think it could be?

Thanks guys.

That's most likely a 44-94 Classic. The Classic series is alder instead of ash and solid colors. It appears he is at the Lakland Factory playing a demo bass with only the bridge pup installed. I prefer the Classic series and have Sherwood Green 55-94 Classic.......with a big ass custom guard installed.
