The Power of the Pentatonic Scale

Steve Lawson and Gonzo can get you thinking out of the box right here.

The Power of the Pentatonic Scale

...as demonstrated by Bobby McFerrin.

There are a lot of comments posted there on YouTube
(http://www.youtube.com/v/ne6tB2KiZuk)
and yes,
he does 'coach' the audience a bit as to which scale he is looking for at the beginning
but I think the overall demonstration is remarkable
as to how strongly the the intervals of the major pentatonic are ingrained in us all.

I like Bobby.
