Yes it is Gibson mudbuck.....John Tuescher of the "Guitar Works" in Santa Cruz stripped down the black body, and laminated the quilt top on it. Rick McKee may have had something to do with it also.
Tiran is a true gent! Met him a couple of times, and he produced my friends album that I played on, prior to me leaving SCrz in '83. I was young and way too busy on the low end. Ty showed me that slowing down with correct note placement goes a long way.
On the verge of a nervous breakthrough.
