New PBass Build Electronics Questions

What's up fellow bassists?!
I'm currently working on my first actual build here. I'm putting together a standard-ish PBass and I don't really know much about electronics. I'm using the custom CTS Pots from WD, they're the best rated pots out there at +/-10% tolerance. But I don't know what value cap I should use. I like to crank up the bass to 10 and treb to about 8.5 on my rig but cut out the mids almost completely at about 1.5. Then I use the tone on the bass itself to add that little bit of bite to it at about 5.5. What value cap would help me achieve this sound the best? I'm also considering adding a j pickup in the bridge, will that make a difference? [smilie=smilie_kopf.gif]

For capacitors, I like the .047uf. I get mine Here
