Kate is a gem, and Postmodern Jukebox just keeps turning out amazing little music vids like this one.

Stick with this one to the end, she brings down the hammer to send it home.

Also if you ever get a chance to see Miche Braden live, you REALLY should do that.

What a GREAT version of an otherwise nauseating song! That is a HUGE, magnificent voice. Talking about the Sweet child of mine cover. I saw that version of 'all about the bass' a few weeks ago. LOVE her voice and phrasing as well!

I'm a little jaded towards Megan Trainor. She's a graduate of my high school (Nauset REgional) and I accompanied her on guitar and bass at high school talent contests (which she killed). Most people thought she had 'the stuff' when she started singing at school in the 9th grade. I'm quite friendly with her mom and her brother has been in my class for a couple years.

Megan seems like a very talented and together young lady, and now know why.

I have to admit that the Kate Davis cut is more in keeping with my personal tastes....I'm going to keep watching her to see what she does. There's another version out there by this curvy girl... can't remember her name , but she also has some great stuff on the yootoobs.....

That damned youtube is a total time killer. I can't let myself look at youtube after a gig...... next thing I know it's 4 a.m....too much good stuff on that damned site.
