Oh brother...

Older is better here. If Kebo has to explain, you wouldn't understand.

So basically a '79? He has a few purchases....Honda Speedometers and some other cheap stuff. Not much feedback and none as a seller.

A year ago the shop was getting 1795-1895 on these all day long. Today its 1500-1700 STORE RETAIL. People just dont get it. I get guys like this trying to trade in or sell to me at 2500.00! They get insulted when I offer 1100 to 1200 cash or 1200 to 1300 retail. See my Harleys post about the Philly show.. Theres a good laugh in there.. I had a guy offer me a Schecter Diamond series and a Washburn Elcrappo even up for a P-Deluxe. I told him I didnt even want his basses for any value, there not my thing. MAN did he get pissed. Folks just dont get it.

My ebay fave is this one - This guy is on glue. http://cgi.ebay.com/Music-Man-Sabre-Bas ... 240%3A1318

The guy revised his ad, he was initially calling it a '58 with a BIN of $13,000.

Someone must have clued him in.

If I had a de-fretted late '70s P-bass like the one in this listing & you made that offer to me Kebo--I'd kiss your feet.
