Thoughts?

Older is better here. If Kebo has to explain, you wouldn't understand.

"1963 Fender Precision Bass - $5800 (Downtown Sacramento)"

I am not affiliated with the seller, not sure if this is a good deal or not.

MY thoughts?
I could never see myself spending that much for a bass.

(but back in college I could never see myself spending a grand either)

Although this one looks as though it could teach you a thing or two,
at this point in life I see it as;

116 gigs at $50 each
or
58 gigs at $100 each
before you see a return on your investment.

Maybe Kev?

Gotta say though, that is one MILF of a bass.

I feel lust for it but could never pay that kinda money for a stripped bass. Or a closet classic as far as that goes. Once you get over the 2 grand mark I need to feel it before buying. I played my 66, visited it several times and finally just had to buy it. Couldn't stop thinking about it. Can't do that on line. [smilie=icon_frown.gif]
