Drove down to NJ on Tuesday to do another deal with KeBo from Good Guys Guitars. This was my third deal w/KeBo & as always it went super smooth & hassle free.KeBo is very hospitable & always has some of the best vintage basses on the planet.

Oh......what did I get?Picked up that '67 LPB Jazz and that '64 Fiesta Red re-fin Jazz(on the Good Guys site)BOTH basses are so killer that I can't decide which one I like more!

What basses did I play there that absolutely floored me?

1)He's got 2 incredible Veneer board '62 P's.One in S/B and another in CAR(these aren't on his site yet)

2)'65 LPB P-bass.

3)'68 Sonic Blue refin Jazz.

4)'76 T-Bird.That bass is scary clean.

5)The biggest surprise of the day for me was that '62 RI Heavily Relic'ed Jazz. That bass is totally killer.Better than any Custom Shop I've ever played.

Played a bunch of other incredible basses also.In fact,so many awsome basses I had to make myself go home because if I had stayed any longer I would have burned the numbers off my credit card-for real LOL!

Thanks again Kevin for everything-the LPB '67 & FR '64 J's rock!
