Well that narrows it right down. [smilie=tosser.gif]

Have some faith in your fellow man, guys! The seller has 100% feedback (one), & has a letter from Steinberger to back him up! Seriously, my former guitarist referred to these as Steinbrenner basses--I think this is the prototype Steinbrenner.

It does look like the work of the arch-villain, Lex Luthier.

What are those, $125 each if you're too dumb to figure out there are a lot of lightweight bass cab options nowadays?

That sounds about right.

This is the third or fourth time I've seen these cabs posted at the same price! [smilie=smilie_kopf.gif]

Not a bass but this dude is so high on crack that he might think it is:
http://sacramento.craigslist.org/msg/3898116735.html

This is a in pretty rough shape 71' Gibson SG in relatively good well used shape. Not original as it has various electrical switches I still haven't figured out. The body has much character with belt marks and a lot of the original finish worn off from being played so much. The guitar body is in relatively good shape other than that with no breaks or serious problems. Will need electrical work, a fret job and refinishing if you don't like the patina. I have owned since 81 but it never really worked for me as I play left handed and don't change the strings. Always intended to switch the electronics but never did. I am just trying to pay some bills and will not welcome lowballers or critics of what bad shape it is in. The facts are it is playable and is still a 71' Gibson SG any way you look at it.

If it only has one string--why is he worried about right/left handedness? Guess it makes a difference to him as to what side of the string gets the downstroke....

Got to be the saddest BDDI I've ever seen. Looks to have been in a flood with the rust, knobs bent......whatever the hell is the white stuff? $169 [smilie=tosser.gif] The swastika gives it that warm fuzzy appeal though.

Can this really be restored and is it really worth this kinda money? It looks to be a flood bass, not an attic bass as described.
