Wow, that's a great price for a relatively new Warrior (boutique) bass. Not a fan of 34" fivers, but I'm not interested either. Good deal for someone.

That was my thought Gil....looks like a good price, but I don't know these basses.

I sat in with a band who's bass player had a pretty high-end Warrior. Played it for most of a set, and it played wonderfully and was very comfortable....but it got totally lost in the mix. I guess I could have messed around with the eq, but I didn't want the other player to have to reset his amp. The eq on the bass did nothing to help, although it was a 3-band pre. Anything I boosted went way off the deep end. Very hi-fi, but not at all my kinda instrument.

here's the part I don't get: the guy spec'ed out the bass himself, had it for 6 mo, says he loves it but doesn't like maple fingerboards..... didn't HE spec maple fingerboard?

looks like a nice bass, however.

I'm not a boutique bass guy myself but - if i were - the cross (sword) at the 12th fret would keep me from buying in - do they really need to bring their religious beliefs into the bass design?
