In a word?
Doubtful.

She/He seems to know a lot about the bass to begin with
(I'm not familiar with the marriage laws in AZ [smilie=cheeky-smiley-025.gif] )
and the wording just seems weird to me-
I purchased this bass for my husband...

This bass has not been used for gigging during the time I have owned it...

[smilie=coz.gif]
...but ya never know.
