Big revamp on the Wal history website...

Postby WalCustom » Sun Oct 10, 2010 3:20 pm

Hi all,

I've finally got round to doing a big revamp on the website. There are a few features which were originally intended for one of the UK music magazines (sadly it got shelved when the editor changed - sigh...).

Anyway, there's a big feature on the early years of Wal with reminiscences from John G Perry, John Gustafson, Rick Wakeman and Roger Newell. There's a feature on the Entwistle JG and interviews with Percy Jones, Colin Edwin, Justin Meldal Johnsen, John Illsley and others...

Anyway, it's all up on the web on:

See what you think, let me know. Hope you enjoy it,

Trevor

That read just makes me regret selling the 2 beauties I had. Awesome work Trevor! [smilie=food-smiley-004.gif]

Hey there Dave,

That photo came from RW's autobiography, "Grumpy Old Rock Star" - he kindly gave permission to use it. The photo's' some obscure charity jam from the early '80s. Line up L-R...

Eddie Hardin (ex Spencer Davis etc), RW, Paul King (ex Mungo Jery - not the '80s, Dead & Alive one), JE, Rik Parfitt 0f Status Quo, mystery bloke, Zak Starkey, Brian Adams (but not the famous Canadian one, apparently!!)
